The IMDC Red Book of Young Ambassadors is the official historical register of distinguished youth who have earned the IMDC Young Ambassador title. To preserve its integrity, the following rules apply:

1. Permanent Record

All signatures and names entered into the Red Book are final and permanent. They cannot be altered or removed.

2. Eligibility

Only individuals officially awarded the title “IMDC Young Ambassador” may sign the Red Book.

3. Personal Signature

Each Ambassador must sign the Red Book personally, confirming their acceptance of the title and the IMDC Young Ambassador Oath.

4. One Signature Rule

Each Ambassador may sign only once, ensuring the authenticity and historical continuity of the Book.

5. Message to Future Generations

Every Ambassador may include a short written message or wish to future IMDC participants. Freedom of expression is respected, provided messages align with IMDC values.

6. Respect & Conduct

Entries must reflect dignity, peace, professionalism, and respect. Offensive or political statements are not permitted.

7. Historical Preservation

The Red Book is maintained by the IMDC Secretariat and preserved as an official diplomatic archive for future competitions and ceremonies.

8. Public Acknowledgment

Names listed in the Red Book may be publicly recognized by IMDC as part of the organization’s youth diplomatic heritage.

International Mediation & Diplomacy Competition (IMDC)

The IMDC Young Ambassadors Programme represents the values, vision, and international reputation of the International Mediation & Diplomacy Competition (IMDC) and the International Association of Mediators & Poly-Experts (IAMPE).

Every IMDC Young Ambassador is expected to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and respect while serving the international community.

1. Mission

The mission of an IMDC Young Ambassador is to promote peaceful dialogue, mediation, diplomacy, intercultural understanding, and international cooperation while representing IMDC with dignity and professionalism.

2. Professional Conduct

Young Ambassadors shall:

• Act honestly, ethically, and professionally at all times.

• Treat every participant with dignity, fairness, and respect.

• Promote peaceful communication and constructive dialogue.

• Respect cultural, religious, political, and social diversity.

• Demonstrate leadership through service and positive example.

• Maintain the reputation and credibility of IMDC and IAMPE.

3. Representation

When representing IMDC, Young Ambassadors shall:

• Communicate accurately and responsibly.

• Refrain from making unauthorized official statements on behalf of IMDC or IAMPE.

• Obtain prior authorization before announcing partnerships, projects, or official decisions.

• Use IMDC titles, logos, and branding only with permission from the Organizing Committee.

4. Respectful Communication

Young Ambassadors agree to:

• Communicate respectfully in person and online.

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or offensive behaviour.

• Resolve disagreements through dialogue and mediation.

• Refrain from spreading false information, rumours, or defamatory statements.

5. Social Media Ethics

Ambassadors should:

• Promote IMDC positively and responsibly.

• Respect confidentiality and privacy.

• Verify information before publication.

• Avoid content that could damage the reputation of IMDC, IAMPE, partners, universities, participants, or fellow ambassadors.

6. Confidentiality

Young Ambassadors shall keep confidential:

• Internal organizational discussions.

• Competition materials not intended for public release.

• Personal information obtained through IMDC activities.

• Strategic planning and internal communications.

Confidential information may not be shared without prior written authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

Young Ambassadors acknowledge that:

• All IMDC competition materials, methodologies, educational content, manuals, simulations, logos, branding, publications, and related materials are the exclusive intellectual property of IAMPE and IMDC.

• No material may be copied, reproduced, translated, distributed, adapted, commercially used, or presented as one's own without prior written permission.

• Ambassadors shall actively protect the intellectual property and reputation of IMDC.

8. Conflict of Interest

Young Ambassadors shall:

• Disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest.

• Avoid situations that may compromise impartiality.

• Not use their position for personal financial or political advantage.

9. Professional Behaviour During Events

Ambassadors are expected to:

• Arrive prepared and on time.

• Dress professionally.

• Support participants and organizers respectfully.

• Cooperate with volunteers, judges, speakers, and university partners.

• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

10. Equal Opportunities

IMDC promotes equality regardless of nationality, gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, language, or political opinion.

Every Young Ambassador shall uphold these principles.

11. Violations

Failure to comply with this Code may result in:

• Written warning.

• Temporary suspension of Ambassador privileges.

• Removal from the IMDC Young Ambassadors Programme.

• Revocation of certificates, titles, or official appointments where appropriate.

Serious misconduct may result in permanent disqualification from future IMDC activities.

12. Ambassador's Pledge

As an IMDC Young Ambassador, I pledge to:

• Promote peace through dialogue.

• Lead with integrity and professionalism.

• Respect all cultures and peoples.

• Protect the values and reputation of IMDC.

• Serve as a responsible representative of the international mediation and diplomacy community.

3. IMDC-ის წარმომადგენლობა

• გაავრცელოს მხოლოდ სანდო და ზუსტი ინფორმაცია;

• არ გააკეთოს ოფიციალური განცხადებები IMDC-ის ან IAMPE-ის სახელით შესაბამისი უფლებამოსილების გარეშე;

• პარტნიორობების, შეთანხმებებისა და ოფიციალური ინიციატივების შესახებ განცხადებები გააკეთოს მხოლოდ ორგანიზატორების წინასწარი თანხმობით;

• IMDC-ის ლოგო, ბრენდი და ოფიციალური სიმბოლიკა გამოიყენოს მხოლოდ ნებართვის საფუძველზე.

4. ეთიკური კომუნიკაცია

ახალგაზრდა ელჩი ვალდებულია:

• გამოხატოს პატივისცემა როგორც პირად, ისე ონლაინ კომუნიკაციაში;

• თავი შეიკავოს დისკრიმინაციის, შეურაცხყოფის, შევიწროებისა და აგრესიული ქცევისგან;

• არ გაავრცელოს ცრუ ინფორმაცია, ჭორები ან რეპუტაციის შემლახველი განცხადებები.

5. სოციალური მედიის გამოყენება

ახალგაზრდა ელჩმა უნდა:

• პასუხისმგებლობით წარმოაჩინოს IMDC;

• დაიცვას კონფიდენციალურობა;

• გადაამოწმოს ინფორმაცია მის გამოქვეყნებამდე;

• თავი შეიკავოს ისეთი შინაარსის გავრცელებისგან, რომელიც ზიანს მიაყენებს IMDC-ის, IAMPE-ის, პარტნიორების, უნივერსიტეტების ან მონაწილეების რეპუტაციას.

7. ინტელექტუალური საკუთრება

ახალგაზრდა ელჩი აღიარებს, რომ:

• IMDC-ის ყველა საკონკურსო მასალა, ქეისი, სიმულაცია, მეთოდოლოგია, სახელმძღვანელო, სასწავლო პროგრამა, ლოგო, ბრენდინგი და სხვა მასალა წარმოადგენს IAMPE-ისა და IMDC-ის ინტელექტუალურ საკუთრებას;

• აღნიშნული მასალების კოპირება, თარგმნა, რეპროდუქცია, გავრცელება, ადაპტაცია ან კომერციული გამოყენება წინასწარი წერილობითი ნებართვის გარეშე აკრძალულია;

• ახალგაზრდა ელჩი ვალდებულია დაიცვას IMDC-ის ინტელექტუალური საკუთრება და პროფესიული რეპუტაცია.

8. ინტერესთა კონფლიქტი

ახალგაზრდა ელჩმა:

• უნდა განაცხადოს ნებისმიერი რეალური ან პოტენციური ინტერესთა კონფლიქტის შესახებ;

• არ გამოიყენოს თავისი სტატუსი პირადი, პოლიტიკური ან ფინანსური სარგებლის მისაღებად;

• შეინარჩუნოს მიუკერძოებლობა ყველა საქმიანობაში.

9. ღონისძიებების დროს ქცევა

ახალგაზრდა ელჩი ვალდებულია:

• დროულად გამოცხადდეს ღონისძიებაზე;

• დაიცვას პროფესიული ჩაცმულობის სტანდარტები;

• პატივისცემით ითანამშრომლოს მონაწილეებთან, მოსამართლეებთან, სპიკერებთან, მოხალისეებთან და პარტნიორ უნივერსიტეტებთან;

• ხელი შეუწყოს უსაფრთხო, ინკლუზიურ და პროფესიულ გარემოს.

10. თანასწორობა და მრავალფეროვნება

IMDC ემხრობა თანასწორობასა და ინკლუზიურობას ეროვნების, ეთნიკური წარმომავლობის, სქესის, რელიგიის, ენის, შეზღუდული შესაძლებლობის, პოლიტიკური შეხედულებებისა თუ სხვა ნიშნების მიუხედავად.

ყველა ახალგაზრდა ელჩი ვალდებულია დაიცვას აღნიშნული პრინციპები.

11. კოდექსის დარღვევა

ქცევის კოდექსის დარღვევამ შეიძლება გამოიწვიოს:

• წერილობითი გაფრთხილება;

• ელჩის სტატუსის დროებითი შეჩერება;

• IMDC ახალგაზრდა ელჩების პროგრამიდან გარიცხვა;

• სერტიფიკატისა და ოფიციალური სტატუსის გაუქმება;

• მძიმე დარღვევის შემთხვევაში — IMDC-ის მომავალ ღონისძიებებში მონაწილეობის აკრძალვა.

12. ახალგაზრდა ელჩის ფიცი

როგორც IMDC ახალგაზრდა ელჩი, ვაცხადებ, რომ:

• ხელს შევუწყობ მშვიდობას დიალოგისა და მედიაციის გზით;

• ვიმოქმედებ კეთილსინდისიერებითა და პროფესიონალიზმით;

• პატივს ვცემ ყველა ერსა და კულტურას;

• დავიცავ IMDC-ის ღირებულებებსა და რეპუტაციას;

• ღირსეულად წარმოვადგენ საერთაშორისო მედიაციისა და დიპლომატიის საზოგადოებას.
